IDP
The Intern Development Program (IDP) is an essential step in the path to become an architect. Created jointly by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the IDP is developed and administered by NCARB. In Florida, completion of the IDP is a requirement for initial registration.
On July 1, 2015, NCARB will streamline the IDP by no longer requiring elective hours. To find out more about these changes, please click here.
